Collection and storage of personal data
When you visit our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected (server log files). This information includes the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet service provider, your IP address and similar data. This data cannot be assigned to specific persons and is used exclusively for statistical analysis.

Hosting
This website runs on a server owned by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany and operated by Weiter GmbH. The server log files mentioned above are generated there.

Images (Content Delivery Network)
The images on this website are delivered via the address cdn.weiterpress.ch by bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia; servers in Europe). Your IP address is transmitted to the delivery server so that the images can be delivered to you.

Contact Form and Email Contact
If you send us inquiries via the contact form or by email, we will store your information to process your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The information from the contact form is sent to us via email and is not stored in this website’s database.

Website check
When you request the free website check, we use your email address and the website address you provide to externally review your website (only publicly visible information) and send you feedback. We also record the channel through which you accessed the site (for example, LinkedIn), as well as the date and time of your request. This is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We delete your data after processing is complete. Your data will not be shared with third parties, except with the service providers we require for operation: email delivery (Brevo) and form protection against abuse (reCAPTCHA).

Email Delivery (Brevo)
We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France) to send emails that you initiate through our forms (for example, confirmation of your inquiry). Brevo processes your email address and the content of the message to the extent necessary for delivery.

Form Protection (reCAPTCHA)
Our forms are protected against misuse by Google’s reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited; Google LLC, USA). This involves the transmission of information such as your IP address and browser data to Google. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Chat (Tawk.to)
You can chat with us on this website. The chat will not load until you click the chat icon. Your messages and technical information (such as your IP address and browser) will then be transmitted to the provider, Tawk.to Inc. (USA).

Consent and Cookies (CookieYes)
Our website uses cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. You can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are set and to allow cookies only on a case-by-case basis. On your first visit, we will also ask you which cookies we may set. We store your selection and an identifier for your settings in a cookie on your device (for 365 days) so that we do not have to ask you again on every visit. For this purpose, we use CookieYes (CookieYes Limited, United Kingdom). Apart from the necessary cookies, no other cookies are set without your consent. Your consent may be logged by CookieYes for verification purposes. You can change your selection at any time by clicking the cookie icon in the lower-left corner.

Audience Measurement (Google Analytics)
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred to Google LLC, USA) to track how our website is used. This involves setting cookies and processing information such as page views, approximate location, and device type. We use Google Consent Mode: Until you give your consent, no cookies are set and no user identifiers are used; during this time, Google can only receive anonymous signals without cookies, from which no individual can be identified.

Display measurement (meta-pixels)
With your consent in the “Advertising” category, we load the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited; data may be transmitted to Meta Platforms, Inc., USA). This allows us to measure whether visitors who arrive via our ads on Facebook or Instagram submit forms. Without your consent, the Meta pixel will not load and no data will be transmitted to Meta. We do not use Meta’s “Conversions API”.

Your Rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you. You may contact us at any time to request access to or deletion of your data. You may withdraw any consent you have provided at any time.

Changes
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy to ensure that it always complies with current legal requirements. Effective as of September 24, 2026.
